Haven’s Helping Hands

Fever has helped The Haven Project by creating a new, easily managed and effective website that will benefit and support the charity and its clients.

We met with Pernille Petersen, Project Manager at The Haven Project, to discuss the charity’s web requirements. The team at Fever could really relate with Pernille’s predicament – she was faced with an out-of-date website that was being penalised by Google due to its non-responsive format. The website was not fit for purpose and poorly supported, making it an easy target for cyber-crime.

We often see companies and charities in this situation, unsure of the best way to move forward. We spent time with Pernille to understand exactly what The Haven Project needed their website to do for them. Understanding their vision and ideals, along with their budget and long-term goals, enabled us to propose a solution that would give the charity a bespoke and affordable package.

Our expert designers and developers set to work to create a new website that would be informative, help raise awareness, and that could provide online support to the charity’s clients.

“We’re absolutely thrilled with the results and so are our clients, who have been involved in key decisions about the site from the beginning. The presentation is modern and very attractive. I’m convinced this will increase interest in our services, as well as attract funding and private giving. I can’t thank the Fever team enough – they’ve been just brilliant.”

Ben Green, co-founder of Fever, said: “We have worked with many charities over the years and understand their constraints and bespoke needs. Helping The Haven Project to create a worthy website that will serve the charity has been an absolute pleasure.”
