Flattening the Curve

You’ve probably received a million messages from both companies or services, relating to COVID-19 over the past few days. While many potential disruptions are immediately identifiable, there can be many knock-on effects for both you and your customers or service users.

As a business, This is Fever serves to communicate our client’s brands and products effectively through digital and traditional means, and that doesn’t stop when it comes to times of national crisis. In fact, it’s never been more important to increase communications through clarity and assurance. As such, we have put specific measures in place to ensure we can continue to provide service and support to both new and existing clients.

Our plan is simple but to the point.

Steps We’ve Taken

  • We’ve aligned ourselves with the Government’s current advice regarding social distancing and home working. A skeleton crew will, of course, be in the studio keeping the plants’ company during this time.
  • Having previously tested our working-from-home policies following our studio break-in last year, we’re confident of minimal disruption.

Tools We’re Using

  • We understand the importance of a face to face meeting or conference call over an email. As such, we’ll be using Microsoft Teams or GoToMeeting for all client calls and meetings to ensure continuing collaboration where possible.
  • For everything else, our email and our enquiry communications will remain unchanged and are the best way to contact us.

We understand the next few weeks are very much an unknown, but we’re here to help in any way we can. Whether it’s questions regarding your active project, guidance on tools for working from home, or if you simply require advice on how we can help your business through this time of upheaval, please get in contact with us.
