We partnered with Applicable, a global leader in Microsoft 365 and Azure managed services and consultancy, to execute the re-design and development of their website.

The brief

After completing a management buyout, Applicable needed a fresh, engaging web presence to reflect their next chapter, showcase the amazing work they do for their customers, and capture the vibrant personality of their team.

Our aims were to improve the user journey and maximise conversions while giving Applicable’s digital identity a fresh and engaging facelift.

Establishing a firm foundation

We kicked off the project with multiple comprehensive discovery sessions, bringing together internal and external consultancy to ensure full knowledge transfer of Applicable’s business and service offering. This allowed us to get into the mindset of who they were, and what they wanted to achieve from the re-design and development of the new website, instigating the execution of a focused and accurate information architecture and detailed scope that reflected Applicable’s vision.

Finding simplicity

It was then time to move into the design phase. Now that we had a structure that all parties were excited about, we were able to design a sleek user interface that reflected the streamlined customer journey that Applicable pride themselves on. We focused on simplicity in the design, but introduced abstract images to complement the brand.

Letting the work do the talking

Keeping our aim of maximising conversions in mind, we knew that the site must showcase evidence of Applicable’s past success stories. To achieve this, we introduced a case studies post type to communicate Applicable’s proven track record to potential customers.

Celebrating ten years

At This is Fever, we are celebrating a decade of helping our clients convey their expertise and professionalism, whilst still showing their personality. Creating a site for a service-based business can be a challenge for some organisations. Striking the right balance between being human and corporate is often difficult to pull off.

However, through our discovery workshops and empathy-led approach, our team support our clients to elegantly intertwine these elements, resulting in a product that’s truly representative of who they are.
