How a design retainer works
We start with a discovery session. We’ll get to know your business to understand how our partnership should work to make it a success. At this stage, we’re looking to understand your objectives and goals, as well as any pain points you are currently facing. Then, we’ll recommend the number of hours to best meet your needs. Once those are paid for, we’ll share a retainer tracker that your account manager will keep up to date, giving you a real-time view of your available studio resource.
After that, the world is your oyster, you will work with your account manager to brief the team with your content requests. Your account manager will advise you when to top up your retainer, and you’ll always know how many hours a task will take before it is deducted from your retainer, giving you ultimate flexibility over your retained budget.
