In our industry, successful delivery is only possible with an awesome team. Every month I reward a deserving member of team Fever with a £50 Amazon voucher and the official title of ‘Employee of the month’. This month the accolade goes to Richard.

Richard has only been with us for a short period of time but he continues to impress me, and this month is no exception. His development capabilities constantly expand, and his customer service principles and communication ethics are perfectly aligned with our brand values. This month he took over responsibility for a large healthcare career development tool we are building for one of our long-standing clients. He has managed the final stages of the project effortlessly; dealing with multiple bug fixes, amendments and communication channels without fault or hesitation. The tool was launched yesterday and the client is over the moon, frankly so am I.
